【Product Details】
The outer shell of the tower is made of steel plates folded and spliced, with a suction type counter current design. The shell can be made of aluminum zinc plated steel plate, magnesium aluminum zinc plated steel plate, SUS304 stainless steel plate, or fiberglass plate. The heat exchange coil can be made of T2 deoxidized copper tube, SUS304 stainless steel tube, or titanium tube. The fan adopts the Qianchuan fan. The sprinkler pump adopts a southern water pump. Users can choose according to their own needs.
【 Operating Principle 】
1. Internal circulation: After being heated by a heat source, the circulating water enters the cooling coil of the cooling tower, and the heat is transferred to the outside through the cooling coil. The cooled circulating water is then pumped by the circulating water pump to the equipment that needs to be cooled.
2. External circulation: The spray pump draws water from the water tank, passes through the external spray pipeline to the internal spray device, and evenly sprays downwards onto the cooling coil before falling into the water tank. Natural wind enters the interior of the cooling tower through the air intake grille, flows upward, and partially exhausts steam above the cooling tower through the exhaust system. The direction of wind flow is opposite to the direction of water spray, so it is called a counter current closed cooling tower.
